A gabion (from Italian gabbione meaning "big cage"; from Italian gabbia and Latin cavea meaning "cage") is a cage, cylinder or box filled with rocks, concrete, or sometimes sand and soil for use in civilengineering, road building, military applications and landscaping.
The Gabion Retaining Wall will save you time when it comes to backfilling. Unlike competitor's gabions, ours utilize wire stiffeners at all exterior corners of the structure. This reinforces the sides to avoid bulging and also creates a larger opening for easy backfill.
